This is an introduction to an exterior remodeling construction site in Hachioji City.
This time, we will post photos after completion.

This is After We do
■A new carport installed in the parking lot.
The product is Sankyo Aluminium's U. Style Azest.
It features a relatively flexible combination of ceiling materials and pillar colors and dimensions.
In this case, we extended the front beam and columns so that the post and nameplate are illuminated, and installed a downlight on the beam.
Here is a close-up of the nameplate, mailbox, and intercom.
The post box is silver-colored because we wanted to create a modern atmosphere.
The intercom was reused from a dismantled gatepost. Since it was wired, it was mounted on an aluminum pole so that the wiring would not be visible.
■ Gate and blindfold screen.
This is a complete change from Western-style gates.
■A design wall greets you at the end of the gate.
White hollow bricks were used.
The plant in the foreground is 'tokusa'.
Since there is a sweeping window immediately after the stairs, this wall is made as an eye stop to prevent the line of sight from passing through.
■ Originally, it was a lovely path with random stones, but in this construction. The approach is now a combination of tiling, washed-out pavement, and pin-colored stone, with black as the base color.
Only the necessary trees were left, and the rest were covered with a wood-grain blindfold screen.
We also install Bench.
By installing a bench opposite the wooden deck, it is possible to create a space that is more comfortable for the user to sit and relax.
The approach is also a part of the garden, allowing for a wider use of space.
Tall wall was erected on the adjacent side to prevent line of sight.
Part of the wall is recessed and covered with mosaic tiles.
A shade tree is also on top.
Wood-grain blindfold screen was also installed in front of the entrance.
